Yoga Therapy Sessions - Each session usually begins with discussion between the client and yoga therapist. Here the client has the opportunity to review their goals and evaluate what tools, from the previous session, had worked for them.
This guides the yoga therapist to tailor the current session towards the client’s preferences, all while working toward the client’s goals. This might look like concentrating on a physical practice, breath work, emotional clarity, intellectual pursuit, connection to a higher purpose, or a combination of these practices.
The session will end with simple verbal and email follow-up for the client to take with them. In yoga therapy, the client takes small steps to achieve bigger goals. The at home suggestions are these small steps.
Sessions are conducted virtually over Zoom. In person sessions upon request.
