This 20 minute consultation call gives the client(s) and yoga therapist a chance to meet and discuss intentions and goals. This call also will help to create a guide for going forward in their sessions. Each individual will be asked to complete an intake form and to email it back to the yoga therapist prior to the initial session.

Yoga Therapy is an appropriate option for those looking to improve their physical, mental, emotional or spiritual health. Here is what individuals can expect when setting up their yoga therapy sessions.
Yoga Therapy Sessions - Each session usually begins with discussion between the client and yoga therapist. Here the client has the opportunity to review their goals and evaluate what tools, from the previous session, had worked for them.
This guides the yoga therapist to tailor the current session towards the client’s preferences, all while working toward the client’s goals. This might look like concentrating on a physical practice, breath work, emotional clarity, intellectual pursuit, connection to a higher purpose, or a combination of these practices.
The session will end with simple verbal and email follow-up for the client to take with them. In yoga therapy, the client takes small steps to achieve bigger goals. The at home suggestions are these small steps.
Sessions are conducted virtually over Zoom. In person sessions upon request.

Yoga Therapy is appropriate in a small group setting when the participants have similar goals related to their physical, intellectual, emotional or spiritual health. This might include, but aren’t limited to, back pain or other physical ailments, memory care or increasing cognitive strength, stress reduction techniques or managing emotions, and finding connection to a higher purpose. Here is what participants can expect when setting up their group yoga therapy sessions.
Yoga Therapy Sessions - Each session usually begins with a short “check-in” between the clients and yoga therapist. Here each participant has the opportunity to review their goals and evaluate what tools, from the previous session, had worked for them.
The yoga therapist will then outline the plan for the session. Sometimes these sessions will include active movements together, sometimes going over specific types of breath work, and sometimes a more meditative practice is the plan. As in any yoga therapy setting, there are modifications and variations to the practices so that the individual can find what works best for them.
The session will end with a follow-up of what we covered and a short discussion of how to use some of these tools outside of yoga therapy.

This 20 minute sound healing consultation call gives the client(s) and sound practitioner a chance to meet and discuss the logistics of the sound bath. This call will help to create a guide for going forward so that the sound practitioner can tailor the program to the participants needs. This is also an opportunity for the client(s) to ask questions and ensure that their intentions for the session will be met.
